Beer Cheese Cornbread by Lady Darling
Yield:
1 loaf
Method: In a medium-sized mixing bowl with electric mixer, beat together the cheese, beer, eggs and oil. Add the dry ingredients and beat for about 2-minutes. Turn into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350°F for about 1-hour or until a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean. Serve warm or cold and refrigerate left-over cornbread.
